Selling Bonus Ladder.
The bonus commission structure works as follows: On top of your potential income of 25% commission to list a property that gets sold & 25% commission for selling a property, you can gain a potential bonus income of 20% commission by climbing the bonus ladder:
The selling income bonus ladder is:
- Geared to reward performance and excellence
- Based on commission earned from registered deals
- Only applicable to sales income – (resales and development sales)
- Bonus payments will be processed and paid quarterly
Bonus levels
The Bonus Cycle runs from the 1st of March to the 28th/29th of February the following year.
Bonus levels are measured against the agent’s GROSS income before deductions per bonus cycle:
