The bonus commission structure works as follow: On top of your potential income of 15% commission (standard rental) / 10% commission (development rental) to list a property, and 20% commission (standard rental) / 25% commission (development rental) for placing a tenant, you can gain a potential bonus income of 14% by climbing the bonus ladder:
The rental income bonus ladder is:
- Geared to reward performance and excellence
- Based on rental placements and renewals
- Only applicable to rental income (Standard and development rentals)
- Bonus payments will be processed and paid quarterly
Bonus levels
The Bonus Cycle runs from the 1st of March to 28th/29th of February the following year.
Bonus levels are measured against the agents GROSS income before deductions per bonus cycle:
