- We’ll have an initial conversation with you to help determine whether this career is well-suited to you and answer all your questions.
- Once you’ve qualified, you will receive a link to our registration form where you will also pay the joining fee.
- We’ll provide you with the best training material put together from our 55+ years experience of selling and renting experience. You’ll be able to access the course online so you can complete the curriculum in your own time.
- In the process you’ll be registered as a Property Professional at the Property Practitioners’ Regulatory Authority (PPRA), formerly known as the Estate Agency Affairs Board (EAAB).
- Once you’ve completed the course – you’ll be welcomed into the team and gain hands-on experience from the best. It’s like standing on the shoulders of giants!
What is included in the joining fee?
The joining fee includes everything you’ll need to start your PlusGroup career. We packaged all the items together so you can focus on becoming the best PlusGroup Property Professional.
The joining fee of R6 950 includes:
- 3 Year Fidelity Fund Certificate (FFC).
- Complete online training course with mentorship.
- Marketing starter kit couriered to you
- Access and logins onto our systems (PlusOnline, Lightstone, Searchworx, etc.).
- Access to all PlusGroup resale and development stock.
- Unlimited listings on Property24 & plusgroup.co.za.
