A one-on-one virtual interview via Zoom with our Principals where you’ll get answers for all your questions you might have.
Get your starter kit
If your interview was successful, we’ll provide you a link to our registration portal where you need to make a payment (R6 950) for your starter kit & training.

Proceed with your training programme to qualify as a Property Professional and partner in PlusGroup (this includes your Fidelity Fund Certificate (FFC) from the PPRA).

Get annualised rental commission paid upfront:
Choose between a shared risk (2 instalments) or a zero risk (once-off) commission payout model. These models will be paid by PlusGroup after a successful rental placement and to reward our partners, we will pay out the sum of the rental commission for the opted term upfront – The rental risk is on us!
*The above sample applies for management rentals only. Procurement rentals do not apply as they are once-off transactions.
Both models have different commission structures:

You’ll receive a higher percentage commission but share the risk of defaulting before the second payout.
Zero risk model
Once-off payout
Receive a bigger once-off payout with a lower commission because PlusGroup will carry more risk.
